Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Annual Subscription and Auto-Renewal

All plans are offered exclusively on an annual subscription basis. Every subscription automatically renews each year unless written cancellation is received before the renewal date.

You authorize Pextra Cloud Solutions Inc. to process annual renewal charges using your payment method on file. You are solely responsible for ensuring billing details remain valid and current.

3. Strict No Refund Policy

No refunds whatsoever are provided for any reason once payment is made.

Pextra Cloud Solutions Inc. invests substantial professional effort in custom website strategy, design, setup, configuration, implementation, optimization, and related support work from the start of each engagement. Accordingly, all payments are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

No credits, charge reversals, partial refunds, prorated reimbursements, or retroactive adjustments are issued for any cause, including but not limited to service dissatisfaction, business interruption, change of direction, or reduced usage.

4. Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your renewal date to prevent the next annual charge. If cancellation is not completed before renewal, the next annual billing cycle applies in full.

Approved cancellations apply prospectively and do not alter charges already processed.

5. Website Take-Down After Cancellation or Non-Renewal

Service remains active until the end of the current paid annual term. Upon cancellation or non-renewal, the website and all associated files will be permanently taken down after the subscription period ends.

You are responsible for requesting any migration or data handoff prior to expiration. Pextra Cloud Solutions Inc. is not obligated to preserve data, hosting resources, or site configurations after termination.

6. Domain Ownership and Control

Domains registered, purchased, renewed, or managed through Pextra remain owned and controlled by Pextra Cloud Solutions Inc. Client access or use does not create ownership rights absent a separate signed written agreement expressly stating otherwise.

7. Trademark Notice

"Pextra" is a registered trademark of Pextra, Inc. Pextra Cloud Solutions Inc. has been granted permission to use the "Pextra" name and branding on this website.

8. Liability and Risk Allocation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pextra Cloud Solutions Inc. disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages related to subscription termination, website take-down, data availability, payment disputes, or domain administration.

This policy is interpreted in conjunction with the Terms of Service and all related legal policies. In case of conflict, the interpretation that most strongly protects Pextra Cloud Solutions Inc. to the maximum extent permitted by law will apply.
